A qualified engineer, Christophe has forged a unique career path at the intersection of business management, organisational transformation, and commitment to sustainable transition. What sets him apart? A deep field experience, a well-developed sensitivity and intuition, a training course instrategic support, and a deeply held conviction: the truly successful businesses are those that combine performance and purpose, rigour and human depth.
Its main trajectory is written on 15 years at GIM (Geographic Information Management), a Belgian company specialising in the exploitation of geographic data. He joined in 2011 to develop activities in Wallonia, starting with a team to be built. He successively became Sales & Partner Director (2015–2022), then CEO & Partner (2022–2025).
During this period, Christophe is piloting the transformation of an SME into a scale-up — while leading the organisation towards self-managing teams, integrating ESG issues at the heart of the model, and by experiencing concretely, with its successes and difficulties, what truly responsible functioning entails.
In 2026, Christophe will expand his career path with several structuring training courses: ICF coaching (levels 1 and 2), Systemic coaching by the organisational constellations (Paris), Clean Language coaching, workshops of Reliance and Cooperation (Hub28) et creative development These courses are not a supplement to her background — they are its natural deepening: the Intuitive and systemic dimension of the support that he had only sensed in his role as leader.
Since June 2025, Christophe Chairs the board of directors of Entrepreneurship & Transition, a Belgian organisation dedicated to impact entrepreneurship (Chemin28 and Hub28 initiatives). He has been a member of the 2030 Alliance for Sustainability (since 2023) and active in various entrepreneurial networks in French-speaking Belgium.
Strategic, pragmatic and intuitive. His first discipline is listening – understanding the stakes, tensions, aspirations, and dynamics at play, before proposing anything. Christophe intervenes as mentor, strategic partner, interim executive or independent director, depending on the situation.
