A trained engineer, I have built a unique career at the intersection of corporate leadership, organizational transformation, and commitment to sustainable transition. My main trajectory is written on 15 years at GIM (Geographic Information Management), a Belgian company specializing in the valorization of geographic data. I joined the company in 2011 to develop the activities in Wallonia, starting with a team to build. I successively became Commercial Director & Partner (2015–2022), then CEO & Partner (2022–2025).
During this period, I drive the transformation of an SME into a scale-up — while leading the organisation towards self-managing teams, integrating ESG issues at the heart of the model, and by experiencing concretely, with its successes and difficulties, what truly responsible functioning entails.
In 2026, I will expand my career through several structured training programs: ICF coaching (levels 1 and 2), Systemic coaching by the organizational constellations (Paris), Team and organizational coaching (ICF AATC), Clean Language coaching, workshops of Reliance and Cooperation (Hub28) et creative development These courses are not a supplement to her background — they are its natural deepening: the Intuitive and systemic dimension of the support that he had only sensed in his role as leader.
Since June 2025, I Chairs the board of directors of Entrepreneurship & Transition, a Belgian organization dedicated to impact entrepreneurship (the Chemin28 and Hub28 initiatives). I am a member of the 2030 Alliance for Sustainability (since 2023) and active in various entrepreneurial networks in French-speaking Belgium.
